Month Of Planning

WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT

  • Start planning off right with a one hour Pre-Planning meeting on-site. This meeting takes place as soon as you book with us to help point you in the right direction of your planning process 
  • One day-of principal planner and one assistant planner 
  • 5 hours of consultation in-person meetings
    • 1 hour – pre planning meeting
    • 2 hours – final walkthrough
    • 2 hours – your choice
  • Advice from principal planner throughout your entire planning process with unlimited phone and email contact during business hours
  • Personal assistance for Bride and Groom throughout entire wedding day
  • Access to preferred vendor list
  • Coordination of the rehearsal, ceremony and reception
  • Obtain vendor contracts and provide them with a detailed timeline one month prior to your event
  • Oversee setup of your event
  • Distribute final payments and/or tips to vendors on the day of the event
  • Create a detailed timeline to ensure the the event flows accordingly
  • Detailed floor plans and layout of all event spaces
  • Collecting all gifts and small items and loading into vehicles at the end of the event

PARTIAL PLANNING

The Planning:

  • Hiring/Management of 5 vendors of your choice: Venue, Caterer, Photographer, Videographer, Entertainment, Florist, Linens, Decor Rentals, Stationery, Cake, Officiant, Hair/Makeup, Transportation
  • Location scouting trip to two venue choices – we will assist in asking all the right questions and getting accurate proposals for your event
  • Detailed floor plans and layouts of all event spaces
  • Negotiation of vendor contracts
  • Detailed budget development
  • 10 consultation hours for your discretion (planning meetings, vendor appointments, etc)
  • Coordinate and facilitate final walkthrough and invite any necessary vendors
  • Book guest hotel room blocks

The Wedding Day:

Everything the Partial Planning Package offers adding our design expertise. This package is for the client that wants the full planning process from start to finish including:

  • A full event and styling design board of your wedding day from ceremony to reception. This includes color palette, typography options, textures, patterns and floorpans in a 10-15 page bound and set booklet for your vendor team
  • 4 hours of inspiration meetings onsite at your chosen venue
  • Additional walkthroughs for any logistics – installations and other moving parts
  • Leading and organizing setup team for tents, teepees, lighting, floor installs, drapery and any visual construction
  • Work closely with your design team (Florist, Rentals & Decor, Stationer & Photographer) to create a seamless aesthetic throughout your day
  • Full day of wedding coverage and any setup the week of your event
